sweaty and feeling good

Its amazing what some good ol dancing to do a girl. just makes you feel soo good! So i decided to put on my workout mix and rock out in front of the mirror for 30 minutes. Also did some dances whilst holding my 2 5lb weights to try include some muscle toning with my dances

there are loads and loads more but that's a general selection of some of my faves :D
I just ate dinner before my workout too. Didn't eat too well cause i had 3 leftover boneless wings from last nights dinner, but they needed eating :P

I'm going to try plan out a meal plan and hopefully that will help me stay on track!
